A nutrient-dense supplement designed for cattle, equine, bison, sheep and goats. It can be fed in pastures where various species co-mingle. Sweet 14% provides supplemental protein and energy to livestock consuming forage-based diets.
Place containers in areas that achieve desired supplement intake. Once acceptable intake levels have been achieved, the containers may be moved or underutilized pasture areas to improve grazing and forage utilization. Feed at the rate of one container for every 20-30 head of cattle, equines and bison and 10-20 head of sheep and goats. A minimum of 2 containers may be necessary in each lot or pasture to ensure proper accessibility. Self-fed consumption will depend on size of the animals fed, seasonal weather conditions, as well as quality, source and availability of other feeds. Cattle, equines and bison typically consume between 0.5 and 1.5 pounds per head per day. Sheep and goats typically consume between 1 and 5 ounces per head per day.
